Lynne Shigo, earned her law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law (now Western Michigan University Cooley Law School) in 1991and her L.L.M from the University of Florida in 1993.

Specializing in workers' compensation and social security, she knows her subject areas from both sides. After spending 2½ years representing defendants in workers' compensation cases, she switched sides, and she is passionate about helping her clients. That's, in part, because she was herself an accident victim. That experience drives her in all her efforts for clients. She describes the workers' compensation system as unfair, so she fights for every benefit she can.
